Hey everyone. I hope you are all doing well. The pre order store via backer kit opened today for anyone who missed the campaign and wants to get in as a late pledge. You can find the link on the front page of the campaign. (So no need to message me about late pledges anymore! Haha).
Also, I have had around 50 messages from people worried about their payment not going through and are trying to sort it out. Don't worry, there was over 500 failed payments when the campaign ended. As of this update there are less than 300, so thanks for sorting that out. But it might be worth checking if payment was taken, there are almost 300 people who could miss out on their books if they didn't realise and there are only a few more days to sort it. Most of the time this happens due to insufficient funds, bank security blocking an unexpected payment, or an account not allowing international orders. I have had a few people message to say they sorted the issue by logging into their online banking account or calling their bank up.
Once again, thank you all. I will be back in touch when the surveys are being sent out in a week and a half or so.
Stay safe and have fun.
What a ride.

Hey everyone. I'm sure you're getting sick of me saying this but thank you all for the amazing support. When I set out on this campaign I thought I would just about hit the £10,000 funding goal. The fact I have surpassed that 25 times over is nothing short of a miracle, and it's all because if you guys.
The surveys will be sent out in 2 weeks once kickstarter has finished collecting funds so I am not sending surveys to those of you who have decided to pull out. Makes it easier for me to see who needs books and cards shipping to them.
For those of you who have pledged at an item creation tier, there will be a section on the survey for you to write your item info in there, if you need to discuss it with me before or after this, please feel free to ask, but the items are yours. No restrictions. Have fun.
As part of the backer kit survey period, you will gain access to the addon manager. Here you can add additional books, cards, spell trackers and dice towers. Any digital only backer can upgrade to a physical book if they wanted to and physical book backers will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Kickstarter exclusive version of the book.
The surveys will be open for 8 weeks, but you will be able to change your address up until the week before I ship the books out.
As for me, I best get started on finishing these items if I want to get the books with you before Christmas!
Have fun and stay safe everyone.
Incredible final few days. New stretch goal!

Hey everyone. The last week or so this has really blown up.When I posed the final stretch goal for £200,000 we were only at £140,000 and I didn't think we would ever unlock them all. It has been amazing these last few days.
As most of you know, there isn't a team of people working on this book. It's just me, myself and I. With all of the added stretch goals the book is around 50% bigger than the original expectation so obviously that has added quite a bit more work. Not to mention the creation of all of the item cards which could be a campaign in and of itself. I also didn't want to keep posting stretch goals just to artificially bloat the book.
However, we are so close to the end and the last one was met quite a while ago so I'll add one more for fun and its something that has been requested quite a few times.
At £250,000 I will add the Artificer to the book, as well as making the item cards to go along with it.
Not a huge one, but highly requested.
Thank you all for your tremendous support. This campaign has literally changed my life. I have closed down my day to day business to concentrate on this book (and future books) full time, Thank you
Last chance for change. Item cards

Hey guys. I've had a few people mention today they would like more item info on the cards. My concern was that I didn't want a wall of text on the back or information that is basic knowledge. Like plate armor is heavy etc.
I have knocked up this option as a final design. Let me know whether you want the abridged info that you can check the book for, or more detail about the item at the risk of potentially making the font a bit smaller due to more information. I am happy with either. At the en of the day, you guys are the ones getting the cards so I'd like you to be happy with them.
Yesterdays design
More information design.
My concern is there is only so much space. For example I didn't include the fact the Bow is 2 handed, heavy etc. Which some people might want adding as they need all of the info in one place.
Lemme know either way before I start drawing them all up!
Cheers guys
Almost unlocked the next goal! And an update on the cards.

Hey everyone. Just a quick update today to say thanks for the continued support. At this rate we should just about unlock the final stretch goal!
I have been tinkering with the designs for the cards and trying to make as many people as happy as possible I have come up with this.
Bow of Elemental Precision. Ranger item card.
The green border lets you know when sorting through your cards that this is a ranger item. Every race and class will have a different colour associated to it. There will be a key, don't worry. The artwork has been made bigger and a page reference for the book is on the front so you can quickly find the item when you need to.
On the back, you have the Attunement symbol in the bottom right, the class and rarity on the bottom left. The text is a slightly abridged version displaying item mechanics. The book will have a more in depth description including any lore etc.
Obviously I can't please everyone but hopefully this is a happy medium and most of you can consider this suitable.
